• Partnered with 4–5 business teams to translate procurement, supply chain, and Content Platform requirements into six Camunda workflows; developed Spring Boot REST APIs and delivered a 7+ stage ESS procurement process with routing, notifications, and approvals.
• Led the React/TypeScript UI revamp using written specifications and reusable components; introduced feature flags to control feature availability and Camunda Forms for BPMN user-task data capture.
• Conducted technical spike analysis on Temporal and a custom workflow engine as alternatives to Camunda, assessing whether to adopt another platform or build internally.
• Authored functional requirements documents (FRDs) and architecture decision records (ADRs) for the AI workflow service; reviewed the architecture with the engineering lead and senior architect and coordinated infrastructure and framework requests through staging and production deployment.
• Built a chat-based AI workflow service using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph, with Weaviate RAG for Q&A and Redis sessions. Generated BPMN and assignment logic, supporting approximately 60% of workflow development, with human completion before deployment.
• Used written specifications to guide AI-assisted implementation and contributed to Playwright end-to-end test setup to verify changes; built a Google Cloud Run file-upload service and supported production releases and issue resolution.

• Designed five microservices, API contracts, and MongoDB models; translated FRDs into low-level designs for publishing, enrollment, assessments, and payments. Implemented REST/GraphQL APIs, WebSocket subscriptions, JWT authentication, and role-based access control.
